Well, school's coming up soon. This will be my last free week before my school starts. It's not fair! All my friends at my old school start a whole week after me! I'm nervous about this school though. It's huge! There are like a thousand people in my class alone. At my old school there was less than a hundred. Argyle: population 2,716.
The new school I'm going to is in my dad's town. I registered under my dad's house, but it's still only about five minutes away from my mom's house and my old school. When I went to go pick up my schedule on registration day, I saw some of the students who will be in my class this year. A lot of poorer people, not so pretty people, minorities.
Well, screw you 'dad', because I'm glad they are who they are. If I had to spend another year with a pack of tan, blond, obnoxiously rich, American Eagle clothes wearin', Gucci bag carryin' snobs, I'd go crazy. I feel so bad for my friends at Argyle though. All three of them. My best friend Buttknee has already told me several times that she wishes she could come with me to my new school. I wish she could come to, but on the first week of school she's going to pick me up every day in her awesome white mustang. Buttknee is probably the only rich person I know who is also incredibly kind. Especially toward strangers. Probably if you shot her, she would just shrug it off, saying "Well, at least you were able to have some fun, killing me and all." She gives her stuff away all the time. One time she bought a friend an Xbox, just because someone else had stolen the money they were going to buy it with.
But Playstation is still better.
The only thing I'm really worried about in my new school is prejudice. Being a flamboyantly 'unique' (as in weird) person definitely got me some crap at my old school. I thought hicks were supposed to be nice, homely people, but the Texas of today is very different than the Texas of legends.
